1. In detail Describe your step by step animation workflow, including tools and techniques used in Ai and Ae.

The steps I had to take to create my landscape animation is planing what I needed to move such as my moon, stars, trees, and river setting a background, middle ground, and foreground. In order to that I had to use stop watch to change position key frame and opacity to my desire key frame from start to end.To make the effect of trees moving from the wind was using a puppet tool. The puppet tool takes the selected point of the object to move in your liking. In order to use it in an animation is adjusting key frames and moving the tree corner little by little. Overtime it would turn out like my trees in my animation. For the river I had to insert grain and gradient to give a flow effect. I did this by selecting my river layer and a effect and choosing grain. this gave it a effect of water flowing and reflecting. At the end of my editing I pre-composed my layers so I can render my animation and upload it.

2. Reflect on your technical skills in both Ai and Ae. Which aspects were easiest for you, and which were most challenging? How did you overcome any difficulties?

Both Ai and Ae are pretty essay for me, But if i had to choose one it would be Ai because i'm more familiar to the program then I do with Ae. Ae was somewhat the more challenging one because i don’t work much with the program but the more time I spent on it the more it was easier to navigate. To overcome this was searching up youtube videos and playing around with some of the tools and effects.
